- Doctorate degree in Accounting and Finance/Financial Accounting from a reputable university (preferably American/Western institutions). - A record of recent research publications in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of accounting and finance. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Teaching experience and practical experience are preferable. - Additional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) is considered a plus.

4. Official transcript and certificate of the Ph.D. degree, certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
5. Equivalency of academic degrees, certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
6. Experience certificates (if available).
7. Copies of published research articles.
