Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Education, Business Administration, or any related field. |
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Education, Business Administration, or any related field. 2. Professional training or certification in quality assurance, accreditation, institutional effectiveness, or higher education quality systems (preferred). 3. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, institutional research, or academic/administrative work (higher education experience is an advantage). 4. Good command of English (written and spoken 5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and basic data management tools. |
· High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation. · Professional conduct with strong commitment to confidentiality and ethics. · Ability to understand quality assurance and accreditation standards and apply them in daily work. · Strong skills in data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting. · Clear writing and documentation skills, including reports and evidence files. · Good planning, organization, and time-management skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Effective communication and coordination with academic and administrative units. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Problem-solving skills with a focus on practical improvement. · Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement. |
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and accreditation processes. - Assist in preparing self-studies, periodic reports, and compliance documentation. - Collect, verify, analyze, and organize academic and administrative data related to quality assurance. - Coordinate with faculties and departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of required information. - Maintain organized records, databases, and evidence files for accreditation and quality reviews. - Support internal reviews, audits, and external accreditation visits. - Monitor performance indicators and quality metrics and prepare summaries and reports. - Participate in training, awareness sessions, and continuous improvement activities. - Perform any other related duties assigned by the Director of Accreditation & Quality Assurance.
