AUM Hosts the 6th Edition of Speak Up AUM
The Faculty of Languages and Communication, in collaboration with the Language Center, proudly hosted the 6th edition of Speak Up AUM under the theme “Confident Voices: Mastering Public Speaking Across Cultures,” organized by lecturer Oraib Alshmaseen and Zain Alhadeed.
The event brought together 15 AUM students along with students from the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate School in Madaba, who delivered engaging speeches that promoted confidence and cross-cultural communication. The program also featured guest speaker Ms. Rania Abu Abulrub, a Toastmasters member, who shared practical tips for delivering impactful public speeches.
Speak Up AUM is an annual event dedicated to empowering students in public speaking. It aims to include as many students as possible by giving them the floor to speak up, build confidence, and express their ideas.
