The Future Biotech Leaders Club at the American University of Madaba organized a lecture entitled “Medical Genetics: From Diagnostics to Personalized Medicine,” presented by Dr. Razan Abujaber, Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, and CEO of GeneTech.

The lecture explored the growing role of medical genetics in modern healthcare, highlighting how advances in genomic technologies are transforming disease diagnosis, risk assessment, and treatment strategies. Particular emphasis was placed on the emergence of personalized medicine and genetic counseling, which are reshaping healthcare by enabling more individualized approaches to patient care based on genetic information.
