Prof. Shahla Ujayli Participates in Cultural Events in Saudi Arabia

By invitation of the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission – the official literary partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Professor Shahla Ujayli, the Professor of Modern Arabic Literature and Cultural Studies at the Department of Applied Translation, Faculty of Languages and Communication, presented three distinguished cultural events showcasing her creative works in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah and Tabuk.

In Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, the Rashf al-Ma‘ani Cultural Forum hosted a seminar entitled “Culture, Identity, and Narrative Questions in the Novel The Chambre of Hanna Diyab”. In Tabuk, the Coffee Beans Forum and Café welcomed a seminar entitled “The Short Story and Arab Narrative Heritage in the Collection the Bed of the King’s Daughter”

Furthermore, Professor Ujayli conducted a specialized workshop on Book Review Writing for members of the (Hibak) Cultural Club in Tabuk.
